    Job Duties
  • Provide GR consultations & guidance to the legal departments and other teams based on his experience and background on what are the requirements and how are the executions of the transactions with the competent authorities.
  • Builds and maintains professional relationships with members of the local government entities and agencies.
  • Ensure the renewals of the different licenses and legal documents with the team and assign the workload between them.
  • Performs and monitors the different amendments on the directors and owners on the company's behalf in the commercial registry.
  • Communicate with the company community to inform them of relevant government issues and with the company leadership to identify priority legislative and government relations issues for the company.
  • Research and monitor government activities that could affect the organization's business and clients.
  • being up to date regarding any changes or amendments to the prevailing laws/rules/regulations, changes in forms/formats, and other procedures.
  • Monitoring and maintaining the company's valid licenses, permits, and Authorized Signatories. Permits include and are not limited to Fire, Trade & Industry, Municipality, Labor, Traffic department, Information, Justice, Defense, and Customs.
  • Supervise the monthly billing, staff scheduling, and payroll processing activities of the team.
  • Perform administrative support functions such as data management, creating reports, and drafting correspondence.
  • Provide necessary training, guidance, and motivation to staff.
  • Review all tasks performed by staff before being processed.
  • Make sure all company documents are in place and updated through the respective E-portals of each ministry.
  • Making sure staff are aware of all necessary information to carry out their job.
  • Coordinating with the management of any matter/complaint/investigation on the company at the related Authorities and attending on behalf of the company.
  • Renew official documents of the company e.g., trade license, chamber of commerce, CR, import license, municipality license.
  • Carrying out procedures of adding new activities to the CR, and obtaining any approvals required for this.
  • Carrying out procedures of issuing new branch licenses/CR for new locations and obtaining all necessary approvals/ licenses/training such as not limited to the municipality, civil defense fire dept.
  • The issuance of health certificates for all staff required to hold the same.
  • Traffic department processes such as renewing registration books, advertising permits, and driver’s licenses for our riders and 3PL if needed.
  • Cooperating with the Ministry of Interior in case of any required information that belongs to a case or investigation.
