Overview:

As a Supervisor Fresher you will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding a team of fresh entrants to the organization. You will be responsible for ensuring their smooth integration into the companys culture and processes as well as providing guidance and mentorship to facilitate their professional development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support a team of entrylevel employees
  • Provide onthejob training and guidance to new hires
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of freshers
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by fresh employees
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with HR to facilitate the onboarding process
  • Assist in creating development plans for freshers
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations
  • Lead by example and embody the companys values and culture
  • Encourage a positive and productive work environment
  • Resolve conflicts and provide constructive feedback
  • Report on team performance and progress to upper management
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in training and development
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Promote teamwork and collaboration among freshers

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Demonstrated teamwork and teambuilding skills
  • Sound decisionmaking capabilities
  • Understanding of HR processes and onboarding
  • Ability to handle conflicts and provide constructive feedback
  • Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
