What’s on Your Plate?
- Ensures the client requirements are met in keeping with the contractual obligations
- Reviews reports and audits facilities regularly to ensure safety, health, security, and sanitation guidelines are met as per IMS Manual.
- Motivates and guides the shift staff, particularly at weekly meetings, to ensure set targets are met, specific project plan implementation and administrative issues are concluded.
- Reviews regular reports provided by line staff, verifies data randomly, compiles as per summary requirement of line manager, in required time.
- Ensures Warehousing Management Directives are compiled within reasonable time frames.
- Reviews asset management and resource utilization and effects measures in coordination with the Shift Supervisors for cost effectiveness.
- Reviews the processes periodically, effects change and recommends revisions to IMS.
- Evaluates the performance of immediate line staff quarterly.
- Keeps abreast of productivity enhancement measures elsewhere for effecting best practices.
- Reviews Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Preventive action for accident reports and pending recurring issues.
- Responsible for warehouse resource mobilization for shifting.
- Regular coordination with IT on novel implementation and pending issues.
- Monitors the stock map for general moves as well as for Commingling.
- Coordinates with Ops Cell for timely and scheduled transfer of documents and information.
- Considers personnel developmental needs, prioritizes training needs, and reviews MHE functionality and facility structural situation in coordination with the Shift Supervisors.
- Sanctions leave, issues violations and takes disciplinary actions on the recommendations of the Shift Supervisors.
- Plans for surge containment situations.
- Provides the minutes of meetings and briefings to shift supervisors.
- Provides weekly KPI’s in summarized and entire versions to the Senior Operations Manager.

- More than 5-year experience of warehousing operations and start up
- Ability to accurately analyse information
- Ability to manage team members effectively
- Ability to manage processes
- Deadline-oriented
- Very good command of English
- Very good command in Microsoft applications
