What candidates will learn
1. Gain an immersive understanding of the TA practices and skills of Talent Acquisition
2. Practical exposure in working with different Talent Acquisition Tools. (includes Naukri LinkedIn Monster Indeed Hirist etc)
3. Hands on Experience with Talent Acquisition Reporting Formats.
4. Learning the practice of using Application Tracking System (ATS) in Talent Acquisition.
5. Exposure to frontend dealing with hiring managers and understanding their requirement needs.
6. Knowledge and practical exposure to the whole end to end recruitment process starting from sourcing screening of candidate s profiles scheduling interviews final negotiations and onboarding of candidates.

What candidates will learn
1. Gain proper understanding of the practices and work environment of a Business Development Department.
2. Corporate Communication including Networking cold calling and emails
3. Hands on Experience with Lead Generation tools including Sales Navigator Apollo Lushaetc.
4. Practical training to work with CRM tools.
5. Hands on experience with Business Development Reporting Format and sending proposals.
6. Exposure to Social Media Marketing platforms.
7. Contract evaluation and negotiation skills
8. Visit to companies to gain real time exposure dealing with Ctype executives (For offline mode only currently only for Bangalore location)
