Subject Matter Expert Customer Support with Polish

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit aSubject Matter Expert who speaks Polish and English in ClujNapoca. The employee would be supporting customers and partnersof analimentary supplements brand.

Position: Subject Matter Expert

Location: ClujNapoca Romania

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary bonuses

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Takeinbound calls emails tickets and chats with existing customers and partners to solve their issues within guidelines
• Ensure the delivery of an efficient and very high quality customer experience at every contact
• Update the database of customers and document activities and history for further contacts and campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

• Based in or willingness to move to ClujNapoca
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish (C1) and English (B2)
• Good MS Office skills
• Responsible and reliable attitude
• Very good customer service skills with pleasant friendly voice
• High motivation and enthusiastic approach
• Planning skills
• Effective decision making
