Role and Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing major incidents in the telecom domain including handling P1 P2 & P3 critical incidents coordinating incident management processes preparing incident review documentation and driving continuous process improvement. They must have 6 to 10 years of experience in ITIL/Incident Manager Role with strong communication and coordination skills. The role requires 24*7 support and the ability to work in a client location with rotational shifts.
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess experience in ITILbased service delivery management especially in Incident Management processes. They must have a minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in the ITIL/Incident Manager Role with a strong background in the Telecommunication domain. Excellent written and verbal communication attention to detail and good interpersonal skills are essential.
