    About This Role

    In Ogilvy UK we lead a huge part of The Coca Cola Company’s Advertising and Experience work including Coke x Olympics, Jack & Coke, Sprite, Fanta and more.

    We’re looking for an experienced Strategy Partner who has been around the block and can lead a team of strategists including senior strategists and strategy directors to define strategic brilliance on the account and be the driving force behind work that works.

    You’ll also take the lead on measuring effectiveness across TCCC and act as a partner to the Managing Partner, helping them to build Ogilvy London into a global centre of excellence.

    You’ll report directly into the Head of Strategy. You’ll be employed by Ogilvy and sit in the heart of a welcoming, feisty, and fun planning community in London’s Sea Containers House.

    Skills We Are Looking For
  • Very strong integrated creative strategy thinker – who isn’t intimidated by a fast timeline and loves a good debate with creative and client leadership
  • Strategic leadership across both Brand and Experience campaigns for high profile consumer work
  • Experience at creating non-traditional culture-led strategies and partnerships for consumer brands e.g. across music/fashion/sport
  • Experience leading a team of strategic thinkers from consumer Brand and Experience backgrounds
  • Very strong at creative development – one of your top skills is in that first and second creative review spotting the big idea– and you’ll help other strategists hone this
  • Nurturing and patient, but clear and demanding. You’ll be the kind of person who wants to get the best, and gives clear direction and feedback to achieve it
  • Exude charisma and dynamism, both in presenting, winning client confidence and through being a connector within the agency and network
  • Data literate and able to understand client’s business results and issues, as well as being well practiced in leading an effectiveness culture and building new models
  • Experience leading a major global FMCG like TCCC or similar an advantage
