- Various positions open (4-12 years’ experience in management consulting (with focus on either or all these areas: strategy, performance/KPIs, corporate governance, operating model design, policies & procedures, risk management)
- Well versed in strategy analysis, formulation and implementation
- Experience in corporate performance management, objective/KPI development, target setting, etc.
- Implemented projects related to corporate governance and risk
- Rolled out organization wide policies & procedures across all departments
- Development of strategy and performance frameworks and methodologies
- Well versed in cascading strategy and developing functional performance scorecards
