Responsibilty:
- Greet customers.
- Hire and train staff.
- Motivate staff members during busy shifts.
- Ensure that items are undamaged.
- Ring up purchases if needed.
- Listen to customers' complaints and resolve conflicts.

- Schedule regular cleaning services for the store.
