Handling Conferences indoor and outdoor.
Solving guest queries.
Prepare and serve specialty coffee and tea.
Maintaining checklist (opening and closing).
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.
- Knowledge of basic food safety and sanitation principles.
- Education qualification in BSC Hospitality Hotel Management Diploma in hospitality or any equivalent degree in hospitality.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
