Job Description

An experienced diligent Sterile Services Technician

Experienced in either Endoscopy Deacon or Sterile Services.

Have experience within a healthcare setting

Have a keen interested in the issues relating to sterile services and be able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

As a vital member of the team working to support our Sterile Services Department Manager Elaine in the provision of a safe and effective decontamination and sterile supplies service to all departments within the hospital. This will include ensuring that every medical device is prepared fit for the purpose prior to patient use and undertaking tasks involved with the decontamination process i.e. cleaning checking packing assembling sterilising and distribution of medical devices.
