Responsibilities
Responsible for imparting various behavior functional Managerial and Leadership trainings for the workforce and for supporting training objectives and skill enrichment initiatives in order to raise the competencies and skill level of the employees.
Identify training needs develop training content and ensure effective implementation in conjunction with various external partners. Drive Training need identification process across the organization
Analyze identified training needs Prepare training delivery plan basis the identified training needs Track and review training completion status as against the identified training needs
LMS Management
Budgeting
Experience in Manufacturing / Telecom / BFSI / FMCG sector is mandatory
Qualifications
MBA HR with project management experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
