Sr. Mechanical Site Engineer

Job Description

• Provide -on daily basis - all the site teams with the latest revisions of shop drawings and approved materials info to avoid rework and doubling works costs
• Push the progress to be as per the planning.
• Arrange - in details- the material requisitions
• Record and report the material delivery
• Record and report material store inventories along with the planned works to avoid works delay due to any items shortage.
• Improving workman ship
• Reducing material losses due to wrong handling/storage methodologies
• Make the actual manpower volume and distribution versus ongoing works
• Check the proper condition, operation and utilization of tools/ equipment
• Provide a safe work conditions for labors
• Verbally notices and written reporting- if necessary- for the infra-structure senior engineer for progress
• Site problems and proposed solutions
• Material status and tools status
• All coordination issues

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering
• 4 - 7 years of Experiencein the Constructions industry in the same position
• Site Mechanical Implementation experience (Plumping, HVAC, Firefighting & Infrastructure)
• StrongAutoCADExperience
• Strong Planning & organizingSkills
• Strong Communication skills
• Strong Work & time managementSkills
• Strong Initiative, integrity & adaptability Skills
• Strong Delegation of authority & responsibilitySkills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
• Excellent Command English language
