•Drive revenue even more than the Sales team by working closely with Sales, Sales Support, Product, Asia, and Operations teams, developing a deep understanding Cricut s products, customers, and end consumers, and owning the revenue generation process from beginning to end.
•Serve as a leader and mentor on key Operations projects including customer onboarding, warehouse implementations, ERP enhancements, process improvements, etc. This position should elevate everyone around them by exuding world class creativity, innovative problem solving, strategic thinking and the ability to just get things done.
•Optimize warehouse productivity, space, and expense by closely and frequently communicating with 3PLs, monitoring daily warehouse output (open orders/shipments/delays), and implementing best-in-class improvements and analytics
•Coordinate with Purchasing team and Demand Planning team regarding forecasts, incoming inventory, product reservations, and availability and optimize allocations in a way that maximizes long-term revenue, margin, and liquidity
