Business performance, Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Monitoring, preparing, and presenting the financial and business performance KPIs and ratio analysis of the group, creating a dashboard that acts as the true north compass for the board and management team.
Analysing and modelling business and market data, and translating into structured presentations, providing decision-making information to board and management team.
Regularly preparing periodical (monthly and quarterly) financial, economic, market analysis and reviews basis trading, financial performance and market information, and providing management team early warning signs with respect to business performance.
