Overview:

As a Senior Business Development Executive in the staffing industry you will play a crucial role in driving the companys growth through identifying and developing new business opportunities. This position is vital to the organization as it directly impacts revenue generation and client acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and key decisionmakers
  • Identify market trends and competitor activities
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts
  • Generate leads and cold call prospective clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the companys network
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the staffing industry
  • Contribute to the development of pricing strategies
  • Participate in the development of new project proposals
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Experience in the staffing industry is highly preferred
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Excellent networking and prospecting abilities
  • Understanding of market analysis and business development principles
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Proactive and resultsdriven mindset
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus
  • Strong business acumen and commercial awareness
