At Aidium we are on a mission to bring modern technology solutions to the antiquated Mortgage industry. We are building software tools to empower highperforming loan officers to manage customer relationships and automate daily work.

Founded in 2019 and bringing our first beta to market in 2020 Aidium is continuing to remove the complexity of the archaic mortgage tech stack to unlock topline expansion. Set up as a remote company our team is currently distributed across various countries across the US Latin America and Europe (we hire within US/EU time zones). We are a diverse team of individuals all makers at heart.

What You Will Do

You will work with a team of global software engineers to redefine our bestinclass CRM software for the Home Mortgage industry so we can capitalize on a strong opportunity in the market. Along with way you’ll architect and build scalable serverless backend components build and orchestrate background jobs serverless functions and parts of our workflow engine.

As well you will improve database and infrastructure performance by implementing caching solutions or connection pooling. Other duties will include improving observability and taking technical product ownership of part of our codebase. The opportunity to lead a team in the future should you prefer.

Who You Are

You are a collaborative thoughtful engineer who loves a challenge. Your preferred work environment is remote and you work well independently. On the other hand you’re engaged as a teammate and enjoy bouncing ideas around with others. English might not be your first language but you speak it fluently.

Qualifications:

• Typescript Node MongoDB and Redis
• RESTful or GraphQL API experience
• GitHub or other version control
• Slack Miro and Notion for communication and collaboration
• Test automation with GitHub Actions
• Experience with Vercel or Temporal are “nicetohave” skills
