About Your New Role:

As a Lead/Staff Engineer youll be a key player in shaping the technology stack of a company making waves with its NFCpowered solutions. From userfacing web experiences to secure backend systems and blockchain interactions your expertise will drive innovation for both creators and consumers.

Location: Fully Remote Collaborate from Anywhere in Canada/US

What Youll Do:

• Architect and oversee the full stack from NFCenabled hardware interactions to blockchain integrations.
• Lead and inspire a talented engineering team to develop scalable and secure solutions that align with our strategic goals.
• Enhance API design and system architecture to ensure seamless integration across our platforms multiple layers.

Your Skills & Experience:

• Broad Technical Expertise: Extensive experience (5 years) in software development with a deep focus on JavaScript/TypeScript Node.js and React or similar frameworks.
• Leadership in Technology: Proven ability to manage complex projects across multiple technology stacks with a focus on security usability and scalability.
• Innovative Mindset: Interest in and knowledge of blockchain smart contracts and NFC technology are highly desirable.
