Job Description

- Develop, design and deploy automated reports, visualizations and dashboards using PowerBi and other reporting tools to capture different aspects of People practices.
- Gather and interpret data, translate business needs into technical specifications and create different reports for data-driven decisions based on stakeholders' requirements and insights.
- Champion new analytical initiatives and projects aimed to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
- Evaluate internal systems for problems and inaccuracies, and propose improvements for handling, processing, and cleaning data.
- Use various tools to represent data in a visual format that is easy to understand.
- Support internal stakeholders in generating their own reporting and dashboards based on the available data warehouse.
- Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of preset projects.
- Perform analytics to communicate expectations and progress to management and other relevant parties.
- Develop in coordination with the related team tools to retrieve performance data needed to generate accurate Key Performance Indicators' evidence.
- Facilitate and ensure integration between all people systems to maintain data integrity and quality.
- Serve as key liaison between HR, IT and external vendors to resolve complex reported technical issues.
- Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of Peoplle Infromation System and data analytics.
- Perform other duties within the scope as assigned by his/her Performance Manager.
- Assume the authorities assigned to him/her.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in his/her areas of expertise.
