Job Overview:
The Talent Management Specialist is responsible for implementing dynamic employee development and career progression programs, ensuring the organization's workforce evolves effectively while retaining top-tier talent. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to identify talent needs, foster a positive workplace culture, and actively support the professional growth of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ongoing talent management programs.
Design and implement new employee development initiatives aligned with evolving business needs..
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, coaching or any other required interventions to enhance the skills of our workforce.
Collaborate with HRBPs and stakeholders to implement succession planning programs, ensuring seamless progress and development plan execution.
Contribute to the design and execution of employee assessments for diverse purposes.
Take the lead in managing the 360-degree feedback platform.
Provide assistance in managing international assignments to ensure a global perspective in talent development.
Qualifications and Skills:
4 years of experience within Hikma
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
excellent command of both written and spoken English
Excellent computer skills
