Specialist - Finance Reporting

Main purpose of role:
The main purpose of this role is to handle payroll accounting for various jurisdictions across the
globe primarily in Europe ensuring monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances preparing a
intercompany balances and transaction matrix facilitating a smooth monthend closure preparing
monthly reconciliations for payrollrelated balance sheet accounts and other accounts. The role
will also be responsible for doing assets accounting and preparing related schedules on a monthly
basis.
Key responsibilities and expectations:
Perform monthly payroll accounting for European jurisdictions and its timely
reconciliations.
Analysing monthly payroll costs to ensure accurate accounting.
Perform monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances.
Preparation of payrollrelated Balance sheet schedules on an ongoing basis.
Perform month end related activities like forex revaluation asset accounting other
accounting entries depreciation run.
Adherence to Internal control compliances for relevant processes.
Ensure timely accounting of tangibles assets.
Coordination with external consultants and internal stakeholders on various projects
related to system automations.
Dealing with audit queries and making sure to turn these around in a reasonable
timeframe.
Work on continuous improvements and automation.
Coordination with internal stakeholders (Taxation Human Resources and Finance
Operations) for matters related to payroll intercompany and assets accounting.
Preparing transfer pricing working on monthly basis.
Experience of working in a SAP environment (S/4 HANA) proficient in excel and
powerpoint.
