An established healthcare system located near West Plains, Missouri is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join their team! Onsite position with a wonderful team!
The Recruiting Coordinator Job Description:
- Full-time, direct hire opportunity
- Mon-Fri, day shift
- May require some OT
- Competitive pay based on experience

- Responsible for recruitment of candidates for high-level, high-profile, critical need clinical staffing needs.
The Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree is preferred
- Must have at least 1 year clinical background (nursing or allied health)
- Must have at least 1 year of recruiting/sourcing/networking experience
- Exceptional communication skills and project management expertise
