As a Citrix Administrator on our project, you ll ensure the current infrastructure is secure, functional, and available while looking for ways to make the infrastructure better using the latest technology and the best implementation strategies. You ll provide our clients with insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. You ll help the team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. As a technical leader, you ll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs.

Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
  
• 8+ years of experience working in a professional environment
  
• 5+ years of experience with Citrix systems
  
• 3+ years of experience with US Government implementations
  
• Knowledge of routine administrative activities, upgrades, and issue resolution
  
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision
  
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively and work in a team environment
  
• HS diploma or GED
  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with advanced administrator activities, virtualization, technology road map development, or testing and release management
  
• Experience with Windows system administration
  
• Knowledge of integration with automation, orchestration, and security platforms
  
• Ability to resolve complex issues, train junior administrators, and perform trend analysis of issues
  
• Associates degree or Bachelors degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field preferred; Masters degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) field a plus
  
• Professional level Citrix Certifications
  
• IAT II Certification
