Position Overview:
The main focus of this role is on training and solution development with an emphasis on ERP systems and Zoho platforms. The ideal candidate for this role should possess extensive experience in solution development team leadership and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Trainee Program with a primary emphasis on Training and Solution Development.
Develop and execute training programs for interns to ensure they acquire the required skills and knowledge.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify training needs and tailor training solutions accordingly.
Provide handson leadership and guidance to the intern team to ensure project objectives are met.
Manage and supervise the development of solutions with a strong emphasis on ERP and Zoho platforms.
Contribute to project planning including timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Monitor and report on the progress of the intern program and solution development projects.
Ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs and solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices and integrate them into training and solution development.
Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
Bachelors degree in a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in solution development.
Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
Strong training and mentoring skills.
Required experience with ERP systems.
Zoho experience is highly advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Resultsoriented with a focus on quality and efficiency.
Ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
