As a GCP Solution Architect you will play a key role in designing and implementing scalable reliable and secure solutions on the Google Cloud Platform. You will work closely with clients project managers and other technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into robust GCPbased solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of GCP services architecture best practices and the ability to design and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Solution Design:
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Design endtoend GCP solutions that align with business goals and industry best practices.
- Create architecture diagrams documentation and present solutions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor and train team members on GCP best practices.
- Stay updated on GCP services features and industry trends.
- Implementation:
- Handson implementation of GCP solutions including setting up and configuring GCP services.
- Work with development teams to ensure proper integration of GCP services into applications.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshooting and Optimization:
- Identify and resolve performance issues and bottlenecks in GCP solutions.
- Optimize GCP infrastructure for cost efficiency and performance.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers DevOps engineers and project managers.
- Work closely with GCP support teams to resolve technical issues.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a GCP Solution Architect or similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Indepth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform services including Compute Engine Kubernetes Engine Cloud Storage BigQuery etc.
- Experience with GCP networking security and identity and access management.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture best practices.
- Certifications:
- GCP Professional Cloud Architect certification is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
- ProblemSolving:
- Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
