• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair technical issues.
• Log, prioritize and manage several issues at once.
• Track issues and respond in good and reasonable timing.
• Communicate with internal HW/SW teams either via phone or email to Diagnose and fix the issues.
• Prepare RCA and CRF for the found/Resolved issues and any needed document.
