Job Description:
Join our team as an AI Data Trainer, where you will play a vital role in developing and refining prompt
completions for Instruction Fine-Tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs). We are dedicated to curating
high-quality, diverse, and precise data across a wide array of categories, including programming
languages such as SQL, C++, Java, JavaScript, R, Swift, Python, and data science concepts. Your
expertise will contribute to the effective organization and management of projects, ensuring optimal
outcomes. Examples of successful project management by our team are showcased below.
Job Requirements:
● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent
experience)
● Proficiency in specific domain languages such as Python, Java, C, etc.
● Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in the Software Industry
● Strong command of the English language
● Prior experience as an LLM Trainer for at least 1 year is highly preferred
● Multilingual proficiency is advantageous and will be prioritized
Job Responsibilities:
● Engage in various writing projects aimed at training generative AI models, involving the creation of
prompts and responses based on provided instructions and guidelines
● Develop prompts or completions tailored to specific domains, crafting clear and concise
responses from scratch
● Collaborate closely with team members to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of generated
data for LLM training purposes
