- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team of five to ten software developers consisting of front-end and back-end development skillsets
- Ability to work remotely from home with a team based in various parts of the world
- Ability to work within a Scrum or otaher agile software development process with real world experience in Sprints, Backlog management, and prioritization of work
- Experience in software project management platforms such as Jira
- Excellent written and verbal communication
