Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute social media strategy and content calendar.
- Come Up with creative ways to create and share daily content to stories
- Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
- Create, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video, and HTML)
- Create and maintain company social media pages and profiles
- Moderate user-generated content and messages appropriately, based on company and community policies
- Run Social Media ads and campaigns
- Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
- Monitor costs and return on investment (ROI)
- Help identify target audiences and plan media campaigns.
- Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
Job Requirements
- Must have experience with B2B and B2C businesses
- Must have previous experience with mobile apps marketing.
- Proven work experience as a Social media specialist or similar role
- Excellent writing and editing skills in Arabic and English
- Having background with medical field
