Job Description

The position of Social Media Specialist at BIONCO Business Hub LLC Company consists of increasing companys exposure through all social media platforms. In this role you will monitor online consumer behaviour and create campaigns to increase social media traffic and sales in addition to be the link between the Company and social media platforms followers. Working alongside a team to reach the brands goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Produce develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness increase traffic and generate leads.
  • Research advertising trends and competitors pricing and products.
  • Creation of creative marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Monitor company Media status.
  • Analyzing marketing data (campaign results conversion rates traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
  • Create reports on the growth and analytics of campaigns.
  • Gather analyze and interpret marketing data and provide short and longterm market projections.
  • Utilize social media to find and attract customers as defined in the marketing strategy.
  • Create marketing plans and programs for each provided service and coordinate promotional support to increase market share.
  • Plan and create customized customerrelations programs and maintain online relationships with customers.
  • Create new methods for gathering and evaluating data expanding markets and consulting with internal and external sources.
  • Gather marketing data and maintain the research database.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests and provide marketing information as needed.
  • Create and manage the annual marketing budget plan expenses examine discrepancies and take the necessary steps to achieve the companys financial goals.
  • Develop new hires in marketing team by providing educational and experiential growth opportunities.
  • Produce develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness increase traffic and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define content goals target audiences and messaging that align with business objectives.
  • Manage the endtoend content creation process including ideation research writing editing and proofreading.
  • Create compelling and highquality content for social media content and any other needed advertising content.
  • Manage content distribution across various social media platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics such as social media traffic engagement conversions and user behaviour.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify content trends gaps and opportunities.
  • Stay updated with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in content marketing and proactively recommend innovative approaches.
  • Media Buyer.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a digital marketing specialist or similar role
  • Thorough understanding of marketing elements and market research methods
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
  • Solid computer skills including MS Office marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics Google Adwords etc.)
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Positive attitude detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Well experienced in the Gulf market
