Job Description

  • Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Instagram, Website, WhatsApp, and additional channels.
  • Replying to direct messages on social media.
  • Collecting and recording new comments and responses for future content development.
  • Creatively responding with customized messages when needed.
  • Keeping an eye on the reach and engagement of the Facebook page using Facebook Analytics.
  • Confirm and follow up the orders with the clients.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in all social media channels.
  • Good written English and Arabic.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service
