Social Media Marketing Executive

• Experience in SMM Content creation for SM Digital Marketing
• Experience in Healthcare / Medical or related industries preferred (not a must)
• Excellent communication skills in English (Oral and Written)

1. Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and traffic across platforms like Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn and others.
2. Create compelling and creative content including text images and video aligned with brand voice and target audience preferences.
3. Manage social media accounts by scheduling and publishing content monitoring engagement and responding to comments/messages promptly.
4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to optimize content strategy and leverage emerging platforms or features.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals campaigns and promotions.
6. Analyze social media metrics and performance prepare reports and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
7. Engage with influencers and manage partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement.
8. Stay uptodate with social media best practices tools and trends to drive innovation and maximize the impact of social media efforts.
9. Support in the creation of social media advertising campaigns and monitor their performance to ensure effective ROI.
10. Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

1. Bachelor s degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
2. Proven experience (at least 23 years) in social media management preferably in Healthcare / Medical / similar ind.
3. Proficient in using social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social) and analytics platforms to track performance metrics.
4. Strong understanding of various social media platforms their audience and best practices for content optimization.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for creating engaging and persuasive content.
6. Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and campaigns.
7. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
8. Ability to multitask work under tight deadlines and adapt in a fastpaced environment.
9. Knowledge of social media advertising tools (e.g. Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.
10. A portfolio or examples showcasing successful social media campaigns or content creation is highly desirable.
