Job Description

• Lead the moderation team to handle answer customers' inquiries and solve problems.
• Gain insights from moderation and present to the digital team recommendations to enhance digital communication.
• Set and implement social media moderation to align with existing campaigns.
• Assists in establishing and maintaining a consistent brand image throughout digital platforms.
• Build relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Managing consumer interactions by ensuring timely responses to all comments, messages, reviews, and visitors' posts.
• Stay up-to-date with digital trends.
• Responsible for generating consistent reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Postgraduate studies are a plus.
• Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
