Summary

We are looking for a LinkedIn specialist who knows the platform inside out and has experience of developing strategy creating targeted content building engagement networking/relationship building and generating leads for the Sales Team.

They must have a proven track record of managing the platform for business and specialise in this area developing highvalue content with engagement to match and producing tangible outcomes in terms of generating sales leads and business development.

Please dont apply if you are you are a generalist social media manager this is a specialist role for someone with a niche in this area. The ideal candidate should be wellversed in the latest updates and algorithm changes on the platform and be constantly monitoring for the latest trends features and statistics to inform our strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Development of a LinkedIn strategy for the company
  • Daytoday management of the platform including:
    • Producing tailored content
    • Posting and scheduling
    • Moderation
    • Responding to DMs
    • Relationship building/networking
    • Building sales leads
  • Keeping up to date with all the latest updates features and statistics on the platform
  • Weekly reporting engagement figures sales leads and conversions
Requirements
  • Expertise in working on LinkedIn for business development (minimum 2 years)
  • Excellent copywriting skills specifically for social media
  • Up to date with all the latest features/algorithm changes
  • Great customer service skills
  • Expert in relationship building and converting to sales leads
  • Interest in the health and wellbeing sector
