- Develop strategic plans to add value to clients’ social networking endeavors.
- Establish clear and measurable goals for clients.
- Measure the effectiveness of all strategies, communicate the results of these strategies throughout the organization and use this analysis to refine campaigns.
- Develop innovative uses of social media campaigns for marketing.
- Train Community Managers on strategic thinking and develop their skills, as well as their overall level of digital expertise.
- Meet with clients regularly and demonstrate proactive ability to manage client demands.
