- Social Safeguards Risk Management
- Conduct due diligence of social risks and performance and prepare Environmental & Social Review Summaries.
- Provide technical review, advice, and support to clients in preparing and implementing projects to meet the requirements of the ESF and other social policy requirements.
- Guide clients in the preparation and implementation of social assessments and management plans such as Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Stakeholder Engagement Plans, Resettlement Plans, Environmental and Social Commitment Plans, Labor Management Procedures, and Gender Based Violence Action Plans.
