Job Description

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
Organizing shift labour by assigning responsibilities to prepared schedules
Oversee training and development plans as per skills matrix gaps.
Ensure the safe use of equipment no LTIs
Check production output according to agreed specifications/targets
Analyze and report on productivity improvements
Identify issues in safe work practices and suggest improvements
Ensure new employees are trained on how to safely use machinery and
follow procedures
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards
