Site Supervisor

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise construction activities and monitor work progress
• Ensure compliance with project specifications regulations and safety standards
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors vendors and materials delivery
• Resolve onsite issues and conflicts to maintain project timelines
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of onsite activities and progress
• Implement and enforce projectspecific safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with project managers clients and team members
• Manage onsite personnel and provide guidance and support as needed
• Oversee and enforce contract terms and specifications
• Monitor and manage project budget and expenses
• Participate in project planning and coordination meetings
• Report on project progress issues and milestones to the project manager
• Contribute to the development of best practices and improvement initiatives
• Ensure adherence to environmental and sustainability requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in construction
• Degree or diploma in construction management engineering or related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes methods and materials
• Excellent leadership and decisionmaking skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project management
• Understanding of budgeting and cost control principles
• Certifications in construction safety and management are preferred
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Strong commitment to quality safety and professionalism
