Job Description
he SM shall work closely with the government and local representatives, including managing, scheduling, and facilitating required meetings or conferences, and remain available to meet on the installation with Government personnel to discuss focus areas.
The SM shall be a US National with a secret clearance and have at least ten (10) years of experience in food service.
Hold a current ServSafe® Food Protection Manager Certification IAW Tri-Service Food Code.
Ample knowledge of food service operations and display the skills to manage and perform site management requirements.
Manage and work with a large, diverse, international workforce.
Ensure required contractual submittals are provided to the government.
Performs other duties as assigned.
