- The SM shall be a USN and have a minimum of ten (10) years experience related to the requirements outlined in this PWS.
- SM shall have knowledge of: Fire alarm and suppression systems, Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning systems, fuel storage and distribution systems, and security barriers; safety rules and practices; environmental policies and principles of management. SM shall be Certified Sprinkler Inspection, Testing, and Maintenance (ITM) Specialist (CSITMS) for Facility Managers and Certified Fire Alarm ITM Specialist (CFAITMS) for Facility Managers. Contractor shall provide to the ACO an NFPA or equivalent certification prior to task assignment for the SM. The SM must be knowledgeable in NFPA requirements
