Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all onsite activities
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects engineers and subcontractors
• Monitor progress and provide updates to project managers
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise on site
• Prepare and maintain site reports and documentation
• Supervise and lead construction workers and subcontractors
• Manage material and equipment logistics
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
• Conduct regular inspections and quality control
• Provide technical advice and guidance on construction processes
• Participate in project planning and scheduling
• Implement and enforce site safety protocols
• Address and resolve any technical or engineering issues
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred
• Proven experience in construction management or related role
• Proficiency in construction software and project management tools
• Indepth knowledge of construction processes and regulations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound understanding of safety and quality standards
• Capability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements
