pTo service and maintain fire alarm and associated life safety systems in line with the current requirements applicable to the Heathrow contract liaising with the Office staff to ensure best practice hp pulliCarry out scheduled routine servicing in a timely efficient and cost effective manner in line with the Companys quality standardsliululliCarry out all other necessary works required at customer premises in accordance with the Companys quality standardsliululliCarry out when needed small works and projects works in line with the Companys quality standardsliululliGive prompt and efficient attention to emergency call outs received during working hours this will including outside working hours during your allocated on call duty periods Noting that a MAXIMUM incident & site attendance time from request to attend site is HOURSliululliTo provide engineering backup and holiday cover as requested by the Engineering ManagerliululliSupport the shift schedule as required to maintain a reliable and responsive on site service support for the Heathrow contractliululliEffectively communicate with customers to ensure a good understanding of system and site status particularly system defects that affect its correct functionliululliLiaise with the engineering manager and administrator to ensure service commitments are metliululliPlan own work including routine servicemaintenance visits in line with PPM schedule emergency call out requirements and remedial repairsliululliEnsure legible and timely completion of all company paperwork in line with Company requirementsliululliBe responsible for the management and security of own equipment stock in an efficient and economical manner by determining stock levels in relation to work activities and ordering stock items as and when appropriateliululliOperate in accordance with the Company Handbook and all Company and customers quality standards and health and safety requirementsliululliPass on any potential leads for further business to the Contract ManagerliululliDiscuss any suggestions for systemservice improvement with the engineering ManagerliululliAttend training sessions identified by the Company and identify and communicate to the Engineering Manager any personal training and development needsliululliIdentify and advise immediately any on site issues that would otherwise leave the client with lack of protection or coverage of their life safety systems liulpstrongAccountable for strongpulliLeaving customers with fully functioning fire detection and alarm systems unless the Engineering ManagerCustomer has been informed of the reasons that completion is not possible before leaving the premises liululliAll own documentation being completed and reaching the required ability to recommend changes to practices and processes that may cause false alarms as well as changes to the fire detection and alarm system liululliBasic Electrical Safety training (ECA)liululliManufacturers training with a minimum requirement of Gent equipment in respect of servicing liululliManufacturers Training in all other equipment as required This may include VESDA Radio Fire Suppression and will be decided by the Engineering Manager based on the needs of the ContractliululliFire Extinguishing System Maintenance & CommissioningliulpThe Heathrow Engineer will have
