Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Implementing the required actions related to the customers Complains & equipment s field technical Failure/Break down.
- Performing the integrated and multi-phased installation based on the team leader instructions.
- Follow up & assure PPM jobs.
- Implementation of FCOs / Recalls as per the manufacturers standards.
- Follow up the factory centre response to get any required technical support.
- Technical Support to his colleagues.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Up to date technical knowledge.
- Factory level training (Company has to schedule the needed training)
- Can respond technically to the field problems.
- Capable of providing technical support to the field engineers & technicians.
- Capable to provide the daily activities feedback & reports to the team leader.
- Work under pressure.
- Emergency calls up to customers needs follow up & do maintenance to customer s machines anytime as top priority
Requirements

Service Engineer -with the following requirements :
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Biomedical engineering, Electronics Engineering ,Or General Electrical Engineering.
- Work experience 1-3 years
- Experience in service and maintenance in Medical equipment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
- Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analogue and digital circuits
- Excellent in English, both speaking and writing is a must
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel and owns a car
