Service Engineer

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing the required actions related to the customers Complains & equipment s field technical Failure/Break down.
   
2. Performing the integrated and multi-phased installation based on the team leader instructions.
   
3. Follow up & assure PPM jobs.
   
4. Implementation of FCOs / Recalls as per the manufacturers standards.
   
5. Follow up the factory centre response to get any required technical support.
   
6. Technical Support to his colleagues.
   

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

1. Up to date technical knowledge.
   
2. Factory level training (Company has to schedule the needed training)
   
3. Can respond technically to the field problems.
   
4. Capable of providing technical support to the field engineers & technicians.
   
5. Capable to provide the daily activities feedback & reports to the team leader.
   
6. Work under pressure.
   
7. Emergency calls up to customers needs follow up & do maintenance to customer s machines anytime as top priority
   

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent technical qualifications in Biomedical engineering, Electronics Engineering ,Or General Electrical Engineering.
  
• Work experience 1-3 years
  
• Experience in service and maintenance in Medical equipment.
  
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Excel
  
• Working knowledge and ability to test and troubleshoot electrical analogue and digital circuits
  
• Excellent in English, both speaking and writing is a must
  
• Communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Ability to travel and owns a car
