- Analyze issues of business customers partners clients or internal stakeholders and find the best ways to resolve them;
- Address issues via chat email or phone channels following operating procedures.
Requirements
- European Union Citizenship or Valid Work permit for Portugal or Job Seeker Visa for Portugal;
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Greek and a good understanding of English (B2/C1 Level);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- Fast learning capacity;
- Able to handle confidential and/or highly sensitive information;
- Experience in telephone customer service / call center environment (plus).
