Job Description
- Review and ensure that the service is provided in the Information Systems Department in an effective manner that serves the company's goals
- Ensure that resources are used appropriately according to the needs of the company
- Ensure that the service is provided on time
- prepares the necessary reports after reviewing the previous items and sends them to the direct manager
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Good command in English
- 1 - 2 years of experience - Service Desk
- Bachelor degree.
