Essential criteria

1.A minimum of two years of experience in Service Architecture / Service Design.

2.Demonstrated knowledge and application of a broad range of skills including software, systems and enterprise architecture, software and hardware engineering, interface protocol.

3.Experience in Business Analysis or Solution Analysis with demonstrable record of success and achievement.

4.Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

5.Minimum training requirement of ITIL v3 / v4 foundation.

Desirable criteria

1.Experience with one or more IT Service Management tools / backend IT systems

2.Service Design Intermediate/Managing Professional ITIL v3/v4
