- Develop MELA Learning Plan in coordination with the CLA Team. This would include general Mission and IPs staff trainings as well as GoJ and LMOs capacity building activities.
- Develop GoJ organizations’ Capacity Building Plans.
- Design and facilitate trainings, workshops, and events to build Mission, IPs, and GoJ organizations’ capacity in managing MELA activities. This would include, but not limited to, the following:
- Coordinating with the Operations Team, Strategic Communications Specialist, and IT Manager regarding training logistics (venue booking, registration sheet preparation, training evaluation form preparation, training certificates preparation, person hours of training tracking, etc.).
- Developing PPT presentations and other handouts needed for the training courses and coordinating with the Strategic Communications Specialist regarding branding.
