Job Brief:
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional preferably with prior experience of at least 5 years. Someone who is open to joining us within the next 15 days. We expect him/her to be comfortable with computer applications and software. An aggressive learner with an energetic & positive personality. Someone returning to corporate/ restarting their career would be ideal for the role.

We also have a software business that is 4 years old. We are an evergrowing firm with a panIndia but Bangaloreheavy presence and are constantly innovating. Job Responsibilities:

  1. Bad hire/ good hire ratio.
  2. Time to hire.
  3. eNPS

KRA s
  1. Talent Acquisition
  2. Performance Management & Appraisal Management.
  3. Networking with top candidates & Headhunting.
  4. Employer branding

Job Role:
  1. Design Track Manage and execute E2E Hiring activities.
  2. Monitor guide and support team members.
  3. Conduct regular 1 on 1s with employees.
  4. Regularly interact with management and plan ahead.

PreRequisites:
  • Total experience of 5 yrs
  • In house HR experience of 3 yrs
  • Business Marketing & tech savvy.
  • High EQ and Negotiation skill.
