- Responsible for enterprise implementation and help customers get the most benefit of sold products.
- Support Radiant customers on their installed solutions.
- Follow up with vendors to provide customers with best solutions.
- Ability to learn more and deep on Company Major Vendors DELLEMC, VMware and Microsoft.
- Responsible for pre-sales consulting, including customer needs analysis, technical communication, PoC and solution design.
- Migration of Customer Workloads related to installed solution.
- Ability to learn and complete VMware and Microsoft trainings and the core Products of DELLEMC in timely manner.
- Prepare Documentation for customer, Handover and Delivery Documentation.
