Senior Strategy Specialist - remote

Job Description

• Identify, lead and support strategy initiatives that supports the company’s strategic goals.
• Support others in Business to refine and enhance their strategies, and ensure alignment with the overall Business strategy.
• Coordinate with others to utilize learning and development tools and techniques to analyze, identify and communicate requirements for change.
• Identify and measuring key performance indicators and establish critical success factors.
  Prepare regular presentations and status reports.
• Ensure that recording and maintaining a project database containing all related information, (data, documents, reports etc.) takes place.
• monitor egularly , follow up, report and provide updates on various activities undertaken.

Job Requirements

Academic and professional qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree, preferred in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Management.

Experience:

• 5-7 years of relevant experience working with this scope Project Management, Strategy Management, Process Improvement
• Lean Six Sigma Green
• PMP or agile previous experience
• Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Intelligence Tools, Statistical tools and methodologies
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
